Weâre proud to announce the arrival of a brand-new fast-paced off-road racing format: Ultra4-style racing, now integrated into our obstacle course events at the Irlande and Notre-Dame-du-Bon-Conseil tracks!
đ„ What is Ultra4?
Itâs a new class dedicated to high-performance buggies, built for fans of speed, jumps, and technical terrain! Inspired by Ultra4 short course circuits in the U.S., this discipline combines power, driving skills, and showmanship on a dynamic track.
đ§ Why now?
With 22 years of experience in obstacle racing for cars and pickups, our circuit is ready to evolve. Seeing the level of machines here in Quebec â powerful engines, advanced suspensions, sway bars â it was clear that a new challenge had to emerge.
â Last year, a test event with 11 buggy owners at the Notre-Dame-du-Bon-Conseil track was a great success. This year, weâre taking it to the next level with a full championship!
đ WHAT TO EXPECT IN 2025:
- 5 events, one Saturday per month from June to October
- An Ultra4 class integrated into our obstacle racing days
- Fast tracks with jumps, rock sections, and tight corners
- Groups of 6 buggies at the start, speeds up to 120 km/h
- Minimum 2 races per driver: qualifying, consolation, final
- Cumulative points, cash prizes at each event, and a season-end party with trophies and awards đ
đ ïž For now, only one Ultra4 class is planned â but with growing interest, the future is wide open!
đ This isnât a traditional 4×4 event â itâs a high-performance class addition to our already action-packed race days. A fresh wind is blowing across our tracks⊠and things are about to get wild!
